“Your book changed my life.”

Wow. Goosebumps.

My friend continued, “I realized while I was reading your
book that I have never loved myself or forgiven myself for
past mistakes.”

Haven’t we all felt that way.
Haven’t we all been our own worst critics.
Haven’t we all extended grace to others while withholding it
from ourselves.

Something I have learned ( am learning ) on my journey is this:

I cannot continue to hold my past self accountable for
lessons I had not learned yet.

Let that sink in for a moment, because this is a trap so
many of us fall into.

We cannot hold our 18‑year‑old, 24‑year‑old,
36‑year‑old, or 40‑year‑old selves to the same
standards we didn’t grow into until our 50s.

That’s harsh.
That’s unfair.
And it is not loving ourselves well.

And we need to love ourselves well.

Because wherever you go, dear friend… there you are.
Radical acceptance and self‑compassion are essential if
we want to live a life of freedom. If we want to live
abundantly, we must learn to forgive ourselves, love
ourselves, and accept ourselves for who we’ve been, who
we are, and who we are becoming.

The Becoming Series begins Wednesday at 7 PM and there is room at the table for you.

We’ll gather for four one‑hour Zoom sessions exploring
the themes from my book Allow Me to Introduce Myself –
available on Amazon.

Remembering. Healing. Embracing. Becoming.

You’ll receive:
• Guided meditations sent directly to you
• Meditation and guided journaling time during each session
• A PDF daily reflection journal created specifically for this series

The full series is $111 — just $27.75 per week, less than
half the cost of a single coaching session.

Let’s lift one another up.
Let’s encourage each other in this season of becoming.
I hope to see you there.
