When you read this, it will be Easter Monday. But as I
write, it’s February 24th.

In the Christian community, Easter marks the moment
Jesus rose from the dead, a celebration of hope, renewal,
and new beginnings.

I don’t see synchronicities as coincidence anymore. So
when I realized that this blog, Whispers of Awareness, a
reflection on listening to the quiet promptings within us
would be published on Easter Monday, I simply smiled and
thanked Spirit for the gentle nudge.

If you’ve read my book Allow Me to Introduce Myself,
available on Amazon, you may recall that the first section
is all about remembering.

I have lived the themes of that book over and over these
past few years, tuning into the whispers of Spirit, of my
higher self, of the deepest parts of me. Learning to be still
enough to listen. Willing to sit with the uncomfortable long
enough to recognize the quiet urging to return to myself.
My hope for you is that you step off the autopilot of life long
enough to hear your own inner knowing.

To be still enough to hear your own voice and the voice of
God.

To be attuned enough to listen.

To be curious enough to ask what your thoughts and
feelings are trying to tell you. To ask questions. To
remember.

To remember your woundedness, yes but also your
giftedness.

To remember what you love, what sparks life, what brings
joy, what grieves your spirit.

To hear the whispers of your quiet longings and your
deepest fears.

To hear the whispers of your greatest dream.
Because once we become aware… we can’t un-know what
we know.

It’s often easier to coast through life, blaming our
circumstances, the economy, our parents, our government,
or society for why we aren’t living on our own terms.
But once we become aware .. really aware of our
responsibility to create the life we were designed to live…
well, that we can’t un-know either.

So how is your inner thought life?

How is your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
wellbeing? How are your relationships and social connections?
What is the condition of your soul?

Set aside time this week to ask these questions and to sit
long enough for the answers to rise within you.

And then ask the harder ones:

What is it that I need? And what is my plan to receive it?

Beginning April 29th, I’ll be offering The Becoming Series
a four-part live Zoom experience built from the themes of
my book. Each session includes meditation, journal
prompts, self-reflection, and much-needed soul care.
DM me for more information. I would love to welcome you
into the inner circle.

May you walk boldly into your own becoming,
Tami
