Wonder isn’t something we stumble into.

We don’t accidentally begin to see the world
through a lens of awe and presence.

It’s a practice. A choice. A daily invitation.
Practice makes progress, not perfection.

To live awake, we must choose; again and again to
look at life through the eyes of curiosity and
wonder.

To slow down. To notice. To be here.

When we begin to wonder, we begin to see.

We realize that life doesn’t just happen to us, it
happens through us.

We start to appreciate the little things as much as
the big ones.

We pause to smell the roses.

Taste the coffee.

Examine a snowflake.

See our breath in the cold air.

Feel the breath in our lungs.

Listen to the birdsong.

If your calendar is too full to breathe, rest, or enjoy
your life—let’s change that.

Let’s create blank space.

You don’t have to wait until you’re 80 to slow down
and savor what’s here now.

So many of us live in a loop:
Wake up. Rush out the door. Tackle the day.
Come home exhausted.
Put the kids to bed.
Exhale.
Sleep.
Repeat.
Let’s choose differently this year.

Freedom begins with small, intentional choices, the
kind that move us closer to living life on our own
terms.

It’s not about grand gestures.

It’s about showing up, consistently, in ways that feel
authentic, present, and purposeful.

Ask questions.
Notice your surroundings.
Practice meditation or mindfulness.
Pray.
Journal.
Go for a walk.
Step outside.

Let your mind return to your body.
Let your body return to the moment.
Let the moment return you to wonder.

Notice what lights up your soul.
I love this for us.

With you in the journey,
Tami
